This commercial project encompasses 40 tiny homes, equating to over 20,000 sq ft of building space. Nestled in the heart of Texas wine-country, these homes on the hillside serve as a beautiful weekend getaway and convenient space for student lodging. As an alternative to building a multi-story dormitory or hotel with 60+ rooms, this design resulted in significant cost savings for the client.
